Terrible body wash

First time trying this product and I absolutely do not like it. There is no lather whatsoever and I don't feel clean after using it. Very disappoiinting.

Terrible

No lather, I have a water softener, have tried a loofah and wash cloth it is like bathing in lotion. Will never buy a Nivea product of any kind again. They should offer refunds
