Our Initiative

Our Proud In Your Skin initiative focuses on helping all of us, no matter our race, gender, who we love or where we’re from, feel connected and accepted. Our platform is designed to foster belonging, and is a place where individuals can come together and find community. Because everyone deserves to feel safe and proud in their own skin.

Partnership

NIVEA is proud to partner with PFLAG National, the nation’s largest organization dedicated to supporting, educating, and advocating for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them.

NIVEA solidifies its commitment to PFLAG National's mission and initiatives by pledging support at the Titanium level, the highest tier of partnership, to help grow, add, and sustain outreach programming and culturally tailored resources such as PFLAG Connects: Communities, so LGBTQ+ and their parents, families and non-family allies can be safe, connected, and proud in their skin.

This donation not only supports the existing program at PFLAG, but also aids in the growth, expansion, and launch of additional resources for individuals and communities with shared experiences. In this way, NIVEA is contributing to meaningful change by supporting initiatives that promote social connectivity, equity, and inclusion within the LGBTQ+ community and beyond.

As part of this initiative, NIVEA has also launched a limited-edition Pride Creme Tin, a symbol of its partnership with PFLAG National and our work together to create an equitable, inclusive world where LGBTQ+ people are safe, celebrated, empowered, loved, and proud in their skin. The product is sold on Amazon and at select Walgreens stores nationwide.
