New formula is horrible!!!!
Dear companies, if it's not broke please don't fix it. This used to be the only lotion that doesn't flare up my skin while hydrating it well. Now this new formula makes me itch and causes dermatitis flare ups. Maybe you can bring back the old one and rebrand it as "Intense Healing- for sensitive skin".

PLEASE!
Why Nivea, why? Loyal customers are abandoning you in droves because of this new formula. Who thought this was an improvement? It stinks and is sticky. Please, please bring the old formula back! It took me forever to find the original, I don’t want to have to spend the time and money searching for a new product!

New Formula Is Absolutely Terrible!!!
I have bought this by the truck loads for my family over the last two years. Suddenly, a new bottle graphic, new texture and an absolutely terrible smell. It is not even remotely the same product. Why didn't you just create a new product? I had to cancel my subscription and return what was delivered. Super bummed. You should go back to the original recipe. I am not the only one that thinks this is the new Coke.
