This was my number one lotion for 15 years, it went into phases of changes, until it turned into a dusty paste. Who wants to hydrate with dry lotion? Fire the chemist and biologist who brought this crap to life. For the first time in my life I use a different lotion. Yet I was raised a nivea kid. What a shame of routing me to the unknown!
I’ve been using Nivea lotion for a few years, and I really enjoyed the Intense healing lotion. It’s a very luxurious moisturizing experience and the scent was very light. The consistency was perfect. With the new formula, the experience isn’t the same,
I’ve used this lotion for years, as it’s the only one my acne prone skin can tolerate. I’m extremely upset that I’ll have to find a new lotion. The new formula is absolutely awful, I loved the simple ingredients in the old formula. Please listen to your customers and bring it back.
