The ingredients listed correspond to the current state of production. Since we regularly adjust our formulations to incorporate new scientific findings, the declaration of ingredients specified on the package applies in each case.
It does not absorb very well and it leaves kind of a film I don't see a noticeable difference. This was a product that was always recommended as a quality night cream that was light weight. Apparently there was a formula change.

New formula is not nice!
I have nothing against Vegan options. It's just that the new formulation, which happens to be vegan, is very different from the original. Please fix this. The new formulation (which comes with a little green box on the top of the tub that says "NEW!") is nothing like the original formulation. I cannot use it any more because the new formula is greasy and feels sticky, while the original went into the skin, leaving it non-greasy. Please fix this Nivea!
