SO SAD!
I am so disappointed that the Nivea Soft formula has been replaced with the new vegan version which irritates my face and eyes. I no longer use Nivea Soft and I am looking for a replacement. SO DISAPPOINTED!

terrible new formula
nivea made a bad choice changing the formula, it’s no longer what it used to be. i hope they change it back.

GO BACK TO THE OLD FORMULA
I've used this Soft Cream for over 10 years and have previously loved it. Recently you guys changed the formula and it is nowhere near as good as it used to be. It feels like my skin is dry and scaly as soon as I apply the lotion.
