I see the formula has been changed after decades to be vegan and more sustainable. Why couldn't you make an actually hydrating vegan cream instead of putting a bunch of alcohols in it? Now all your loyal customers have itching burning skin and will be looking elsewhere :(

Extremely dissatisfied
The new formula honestly feels disgusting on my face. It feels oily and slimy and does not rub in. I have been using Nivea soft for years. The old formula was rich, moisturizing, and had a luxurious texture without breaking me out. I’m heartbroken over the formula change. Why change something that was perfect? I’ve read responses from Nivea to other reviews and they say that “ it’s our responsibility to care for our planet” because the new formula is biodegradable and the packaging is made out of recycled plastic. But news flash Nivea the cream isn’t going in a landfill it’s going on our skin ( or at least it was) so it don’t matter if it’s biodegradable or not but Yknow what is going into the garbage the packaging. It don’t matter if it’s made of recycled plastic it’s still plastic which is going in the garbage then to a landfill where it will not biodegrade for thousands of years. So honestly if they really cared about the planet and their customers they would bring back the old better formula with new recyclable or biodegradable packaging ( perhaps glass or a tin or paper packaging ). I feel betrayed and extremely disappointed by Nivea and this whole dishonest green washed campaign. Until they bring back the old formula Nivea has lost me a customer.

New formula is disappointing
Is the originalNivea Soft still available somewhere? I’m not a big skincare or makeup person but Nivea Soft was one of the few things that was part of my daily skincare routine. Very disappointed with the new formula!
