We come in peace. And mild redness.
First, congrats on transforming everyone’s favourite moisturiser in history into napalm that burns and flakes. That's impressive! The old formula was like a hug in a jug. The new one? More like a slap followed by an apology email from Customer Care.
We admire the ambition: going vegan, eco-conscious, possibly gluten-free. We really do. But when your “soft cream” feels like it’s exfoliating from the inside out, it’s time to ask: are you giving green products a bad wrap?
The hydration now evaporates faster than your review ratings. And while we’re on that, maybe slow down on the "I got a free sample and love it!" reviews. We see you. We all see you.
Who approved this formula? How big was the kickback? Show us the moisturiser money?!
And now, thanks to this reformulation, we’re out here testing new brands that cost a gazillion dollars per millilitre. So yes, your cream doesn’t just burn our skin, it’s eviscerating our wallets too.
So here’s our plea: bring back the old formula. Call it “NIVEA Soft Classic”. Make it a limited edition. We’ll hoard it like it’s a moisturiser-themed Black Friday. Just … give us back our soft.
With dry faces, burnt budgets and a teensy bit of hope.

What did you do???😤
Nivea why did you reformulate this moisturizer? No one asked for it to be vegan? The old formula was perfect, PERFECT. I’ve been using the old formula for years. But then I run out and go to buy a new container, I should have put it back when I saw you reformulated it. The ingredient list has doubled, you’ve added more alcohols, acids, and oil’s to it. This new formula is a joke, an absolutely sad excuse of a replacement. This new formula doesn’t moisturize my skin, it leaves it dryer than before and irritates it. You’re wasting time and money making new formulas and failing horribly. Don’t fix what isn’t broke. Please, please, please listen to your customers and return to your old formula. I have wasted my money on this moisturizer that I used love dearly, it truly breaks my heart.
