I have used the old formula since the late 1990’s when I found it in Europe and was so excited to see it here in the US in the early 2000’s. Nivea, you missed the mark on this one. The new formula BURNS my sensitive, chapped skin and it’s too late to return my unopened containers. It’s terrible. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA!
I came on here awhile ago to see about the Nivea Soft and read many reviews about the fornula changing. I have been using Nivea Soft for 10 years or more. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and bought a new one. Nivea so messed this one up. It is so diffeent. I dislike it alot. Nothing about it is even somewhat the same. I will definitely be returning this. I'll be on the hunt for another loyal product to use.
I had been a very loyal customer of Nivea soft but this new formula is something I did not like I think I am not going to buy any longer. The new version smells like detergent and has a rancid and stronger smell. I loved the old one. Sad to you lost customer Nivea.
