Maybe change the packaging instead of the product! Instead yall go ruin a great product,that everyone hates. If yall care so much about the consumers feelings you'd take into consideration to offer the vegan formula or the old one. Guess yall like losing customers and money.

New formula is terrible
I've been using this product for years. The last 2 times I've purchased it the formula has been SO much thinner, not moisturizing, and actually burns my skin. I don't know what happened to the previous formula but it was my favorite face moisturizer and now I'm searching for a different product. My skin has become red/blotchy/so irritated after using it and I'm so sad :(

New version is awful!
I've been using Nivea soft on my face for well over a decade. The new formula is atrocious. It's thin, absorbs weird so makeup doesn't apply correctly and it actually BURNS my skin!! Please bring back the old formula! You can keep selling the new for the few people that like it, but bring back the old one please. Changing something after this many years was a huge mistake
