I deeply respect how Nivea is trying to make a green switch, but this new formula is just not it. Please take our feedback into consideration and find another way to make this product more eco friendly without downgrading the formula of a product we used to love. Please either revert back to the old formula or Atleast improve the new formula so it performs better and feels and performs closer/the same as the old formula. If that’s not possible, then please just remove the product entirely and release a new lightweight moisturizer that actually works well.

New formula - not a fan
I sure miss the old NIVEA Soft Cream formula. The new one is not comparable. I understand the change, however, I wish there was an option for consumers to choose between vegan and non-vegan.

New formula- Allergy
Hi, I have been using this product for a very long time as has many family members (kids, mom, sisters). I especially liked it for my daughter who has a severe nut allergy. We purchased today and read the ingredients and saw almond seed oil and were very upset to see this change. We are no longer able to use this product due to the ingredient change, one we have trusted for many years. This is very disappointing. With nut allergies being so prevalent these days, it is disheartening to see you have added an ingredient that is life-threatening to many and there is no warning on the label about the ingredient change. I understand that it is not required by law to disclose change/allergen, but loyal users may not realize of the change. Please bring back the old formula so that those who have relied on this product to be safe can use this product without fear of allergic reactions. Sadly, I will let my family and others in the allergy community know this once trusted product is not longer safe.
