I had been a very loyal customer of Nivea soft but this new formula is something I did not like I think I am not going to buy any longer. The new version smells like detergent and has a rancid and stronger smell. I loved the old one. Sad to you lost customer Nivea.
I have been using this crème for as long as I can remember, probably close to 20 years. I thought I was going mad when I bought a new tub recently. The consistency is just awful now. It’s watery, smells weird and just doesn’t feel nice on your skin anymore. It’s a totally different product now. I’m never going to buy this again, which is such a shame because it’s been an incredible moisturizer. Nivea, you really dropped the ball here.
I’ve bought this product for so many years now I’ve lost count. I recommended it to someone last week. I just bought a new tub and it’s so bad now. Watery, strange smelling. This is the last time I’m going to buy it if it stays like this. I hate it SO much, this is the first time I’ve ever left a review like this. I hope Nivea see these messages and appreciate they made a HUGE mistake, if not, I’m switching to any other brand out there.
