New Formula
I've been using this lotion for years and it was great up until this month (October 2025). I have EDS which cases really bad skin sensitivity and this lotion was the only thing that helped. The new formula has this disgusting chemical smell and doesn't hydrate my skin nearly as well. I also have problems with my hands and the new bottle style has a smaller pump which is much harder for me to use. I have to find a new lotion now that doesn't irritate my skin which is a huge inconvenience. Seriously disappointing.

Changed formula
Very disappointed in new formulation! Does not leave skin nearly as soft as the old. Sadly, I will be looking for a replacement.

New Formula
The old formula worked better on my skin. The new formula has made my skin more dry and the hydration is not the same nor lasts as long.
