For sunscreen use: apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure,use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating.

This product is also enriched with a variety of nourishing oils including Shea Butter, Jojoba Oil, and Avocado Oil, to keep lips beautiful and provide all-day nourishing moisture. This leave lips feeling super soft and looking smooth. For sunscreen use, apply NIVEA Smoothness Lip Care liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapply at least every 2 hours. NIVEA Smoothness Lip Care provides lips with the nourishing care and sunscreen protection they deserve.

Weird Taste In your Mouth
I will NOT buy this again. I wanted an SPF lip balm....I figured they were all the same and this one was like $5 for 2. Lesson learned...it smells GREAT and feels luxuriously creamy BUT there is a weird taste in my mouth immediately after using it. I'm not licking my lips it just seeps in.

Tastes weird
The product works and you will have soft lips. Regrettably, the product will leave a chemical taste in your mouth, even if you don’t lick your lips, eat, or drink. It’s doesn’t taste weird immediately, it takes about 20 minutes. I suspect it’s the sunscreen. The standard, unscented lip care doesn’t leave the chemical taste.

Dried lips to epic levels
Used product consistently for over a week. Made lips considerably drier. The taste is not great. Years ago I remember using this product and really enjoying it. Something has changed for the worse. O% hydrating for my lips and less than stellar taste.
