I agree with the other messages here…I’ve used Nivea Original lotion for many years (I’m in my 70s now) and I’m disappointed that it is now different, despite the same name. It is a thinner consistency and it smells like baby powder. I do not generally wear perfumes and prefer mild scents for any body care products; the new scent is unpleasant for me. Please return to the real original formula for your longtime loyal customers.

Hello, the new formula changes the original scent drastically. It smells like laundry detergent. What happened? Why the change? I've been using the original scent since I was seven. I'm 49, 42 years of using the original body. lotion. And just like that, a drastic change. Who took over, and cutting costs? Over 100 years of doing amazing with skin care, quickly changed overnight! It just isn’t the same!😔

Your following suit just like all the other companies lately that are buying cheaper less effective ingredients to satisfy the board members with higher profits. When are you people ever going to learn. Yes, you will eventually pick up new customers who won’t know the difference. But the dissatisfaction of loyal customers that have been buying your products for years, you obviously don’t give a hoot about. Not only that I’ve purchased this product over the years and it was consistent and now every single bottle is different from different places and the ingredients are different and this is no consistency whatsoever to rely upon. Get it together because you’re going to lose a significant percentage of your customer base otherwise. Listen to your customers..
