I used the old product forever. At least a decade. This new product is completely inferior to the old product. I hate when I need to find a new product, but I guess that is where I am at. Very disappointed.

My boyfriend is very bad at remembering to use facial care but I reminded him after every shower and it eventually became a routine. About a week and a half into use it I noticed a very big difference in his acne, especially around his beard. Using it regularly his acne looked so much better and his face even looked less red

Disappointed and having to find another product

I had ordered 4 new face wash's and when i received them, i was very disappointed in what I believe is their new formula. Very watery product and has no viscosity at all. Not sure if they were trying to save money, but this is not a product that satisfies its long standing customers. Time to return the product for a refund...
