Cap Broke
I'm female and I've been using this product for years (like 15) because I liked the feel and the smell. The formulation has changed; it used to be thicker, grainier, now it has more liquid and softer grains. I wish it would have stayed the same but I still like it for weekly use. However, the nozzle in the cap broke off into the hole on mine too and I could no longer get any product out of it! Sounds like a lot of people are saying the same thing here - wild. I had to throw the bottle away, I could not even push the "pistol" through the hole and into the product.

Horrible Cap Design
I love the product, but you failed to get the packaging right! I see you have LOTS of complaints about this. The little plastic piece broke off IN the hole in the top of the tube, making it impossible to dispense the product. A waste of good money. How hard it it to fix the cap? I would appreciate a reimbursement. Thank you.
