Another instance of a company tossing its customers aside in pursuit of the almighty dollar. “How can we make our product terrible and put more money into the pockets of the board?” This is the ONLY facial cleanser that worked for me and the new formula is TERRIBLE. Go back to the old formula. Charge me $9.50 instead of $8.79. I don’t care. Please stop changing things to make them cheaper to produce and pretending that they’re “new and improved” that’s so tired, predictable and an outright lie. Stop lying to customers. We’re all tired of it. Just charge us more if it costs more to make. Or at least fire an executive or two. Thanks.
