Poor packaging

This is my first purchase of this product and though I like the scent the pump for this packaging is awful and it’s impossible to get a decent lather. The pump rises SLOWLY when depressed and gives little by way of product. I use a bath puff with my body wash which isn’t helping in the lather department.

Lack of suds

It has a great smell but the bottle I have has no “soap” in it. Just feels like I’m rubbing on lotion in the shower.
