I love this product but really struggle with squeezing this bottle due mostly to the shape. I know I am getting older but no other bottles bother me but this one. I wish it came in the smaller size so I could just refill it. I just recently bought the Fragipanni oil body wash and will use that container once it's empty.
I love the product, however is it very difficult to use the bottle in the shower when smaller hands are wet of soapy (I am 59 y/o) .. i have to lift from the cap until that eventually falls off. also the cap is rounded so no flipping over to rest on the cap for easier access..
Nivea products have been in my family for many years. I still can remember how my grandmother smelled when she use Nivea products. I am nearing 85 years old so you know how long we have all been customers. I have always been more than pleased with the results of your products. I recently purchased Shea butter body wash. The consistency of this product seemed to be much different than previous body washes and other fragrances that I have purchased. It is not as thick as the others I have purchased. I use a plastic puff to shower with and this product does not stick to this puff as other of your products do that I have used. I am wondering if you changed the chemical make up of the body wash as opposed to others. It seems to be much thinner and as I said does not adhere to the puff or my body. This does not deter me from purchasing your product but I will be going back to other fragrances.
