Good product in a poor container
This is a really good facewash, especially for sensitive skin. I have been using it for a few years now. BUT the container ergonomics that the product is housed in - how someone dispenses the product to use it - is so bad! Why the flimsy tube? The tube: is almost impossible not to drop it when wet; The cap breaks/is broken on every single tube Ive owned (delivered or in-store pickup); Is not recyclable in my region. When the cap breaks, it is cracked and product either leaks out everywhere, or the plastic plug breaks off in the opening, clogging it so the cap needs to be removed (irreversably). I have a reusable bottle I pour this into, but lately it is easier for me to just buy another brand.

Excellent product
My husband has very sensitive skins with allergies to Most products. He has no problems with this product at all. The only concern is, I can’t find it in stores now.
