So Disappointed in the New Formula

I ran out of this lotion and had been searching everywhere for it, but couldn’t find it anywhere, so I finally had to order it online. I was so disappointed when it arrived. The bottle feels flimsy, the spout is extremely small, and the scent is barely noticeable. But the biggest disappointment is that the texture of the lotion has completely changed. Why would you change something that was so good the way it was? It doesn’t smell or feel the same, and it doesn’t work the way it used to. I’ll be returning this. Unfortunately, you’ve lost a longtime customer. Please bring back the original formula!

Oil Infused Lotion w.Coconut and Manoi Oil

This was my summer go-to for after sun play and just general use. The smell and feel was well worth every penny the company asked for. The bottle was thick, sturdy, and the pump was a great size for ever member of the family to use with or without lotioned hands. Now, the scent is some type of chemical. The feel is thick and strange. The bottle is weak and caves when one grabs it. The pump is tiny and causes little hands to slip off while trying to gain so.e of the lotion. Its not creamy like it used to be. Overall, I feel ripped off. I trusted this company and now the lotion is if such poor quality that I have been looking into the ingredients to know if they're even safe for my family and I to use. If they're not, which they smell like they wouldn't be, I promise class action.

WHY WAS IT CHANGED????????

I just want to say that I have been using Nivea products for men for years. I found this lotion and loved it immediately, first because of the scent and then because of how easily it absorbed into your skin and how well it worked. Your skin was hydrated and smelled great for hours. I don't wear a lot of cologne because of my sinuses but I love the coconut in this product. Now here comes the problem. I run out and go to buy another bottle, can't find it anywhere. I get online and order 2 bottles. it shows up , different bottle, new formula..... WHY? You took a lotion that was perfect, not too thick, absorbed quickly and smelled amazing! NOW, it turns white when you try to rub it in, it takes longer to absorb and leaves you feeling sticky! Also there isn't nearly as much Coconut smell to it. I can barely smell the coconut and it used to last hours... does it still have coconut in it.. or just enough to give a brief fragrance. PLEASE change it back to the original formula! I know I am only one person... but there are plenty of thicker lotions if that is what someone wants.,.You make plenty of them. It would be great if you changed this lotion back to the perfect product it was! Sincerely, Jeffrey Burnett
