Why is such an outstanding cream discontinue?

I’ve been a NIVEA Contouring Q10 Plus Body Cream user for over 12 years? Devastated to know it’s discontinued and not able to find stock in the stall. Why is it discontinued? Any replacement body firming cream with q10 ?
