Disappointed with the new formula
I’ve been using this body wash forever and now you’ve recently changed the formula completely to where this new “3-1” sap not only doesn’t smell the same but also feels completely different on the skin. Almost like a drying effect. Your partnered stores that carry this body wash are also falsely advertising the old formula bottles on their websites. After not being able to find the old bottles in any store, I ordered what turned out to be this awful 3-1 crap from Walgreens (ironically 3 bottles of it packaged in 1 clear shipping wrap), since I was misled by the picture on both the Nivea and Walgreens websites. Thanks for that! But wait - it gets better! It appears you changed formulas across the board, upsetting a lot of your repeat buyers! Multiple May 2025 reviews on your other body wash products have the same complaint as mine: missing ingredients, new ingredients, “naturally-derived ingredients that have undergone processing” in this new formula blah blah blah. Tons of rebranding and “sustainability” efforts just to create a NEW product that missed the mark in everyone’s book. Bring back the old formula because this new one ain’t it!
